Shipping and returns
hello! if you have entered this section, it's because you are probably considering buying something from our store, so just for that we thank you :) Here are the delivery times, shipping costs and return conditions.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any item, you can proceed to its return within the first 14 calendar days after its reception (No return will be admitted after the deadline for the return), the item must be in the same conditions in which it has been received (labeled and not used). You have to follow the next steps:
Make the return request through the web in your customer account, or send an email to [email protected] informing your return request, you can also do it by WhatsApp to the phone 665342503.
Shipping and return costs are NOT charged to Kalexa. If the package to be returned weighs less than 2kg you can return it to us by post. If you wish, we can manage the collection of your package, sending a courier for a price of 3 €, (in the case of boxes the cost of the courier will be 4.5 € provided that does not exceed 4 kilos) to be deducted from the credit to your account, as long as it is within the Peninsula (SPAIN).
If you do not choose, or do not apply for the courier, once you inform us about your return, you can send the item(s) to the following address:

As soon as we receive your package, you will have available the balance to use it in the products you want in our website. No money will be refunded. Your balance will NOT have an expiration date until it is used.
In case of tare, a refund will be allowed. The same procedure will be followed, within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Jewelry items, swimwear and the PROMOTIONS section DO NOT allow returns.
Delivery times:
Orders are shipped in less than 24h, since all products for sale we have them in stock, so we do not make our customers wait unnecessarily. Orders arrive between 24 and 48 working hours in mainland Spain, and 3/5 working days in other territories.
Orders shipped to other European Union countries take between 5 and 10 working days, except Portugal, which takes between 2 and 4 working days.
From Kalexa we can not guarantee these delivery times, since it does not depend on us, but on the carrier company, what we can guarantee is that our team will make the best management for your order to be delivered in the shortest possible time.
Currently our main carrier is GLS. Usually this company sends an email notifying you of the delivery time slot and offers you a link allowing you to change it or pick it up at the nearest office.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are free from 49€ for mainland Spain, and 99€ for Balearic Islands.
In case these figures are not reached: the shipping of your orders to Peninsula has a cost of 3,90€, and for Balearic Islands has a cost of 5,90€. To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the price for shipping is 19,90€+tariffs.
Shipments to other European Union countries have a cost of 9,90€, except Portugal, which costs 5,90€. In both cases, shipping is free for orders over 99€.
Cash on delivery shipments will have an additional cost of 3€.
