Secure Payment

Kalexa does not store payment data, all card transactions are carried out through secure and widely recognized payment gateways, such as Paypal and Stripe.
Card or Mobile Payment
It is the default way to pay on our website. It is a payment method carried out through the Stripe payment gateway, widely used in the market and with the highest security standards. It includes compliance with the European PSD2 regulations and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
In this payment method, you can also use Google Pay or Apple Pay if you have it configured on your mobile device. In that case, you can simply tap the pay button without entering your credit card details.
Depending on your bank, you may need to provide additional information, such as a code received via SMS, or validation through your bank's app.
Since the SCA regulations are very strict, if your card is not correctly configured with your bank, online payments may be rejected. If this happens, you can try other payment methods. Contact your bank to prevent future issues on our website or others.
Pay with Paypal
Payment through Paypal allows you to pay with your Paypal balance, card, bank transfer, or any other payment method configured in Paypal. In addition to using the payment, you can also use Paypal authentication to autofill the fields for name, email, and address. In this case, this data will be stored in our customer database and the conditions specified in our privacy policy will apply. Of course, we do not store your payment method through Paypal, and it doesn't even pass through our website.
Payments through this method are covered by Paypal's Buyer Protection Program, so in case of any issues with your order, you can open a dispute on their platform. Before opening a dispute, please contact us first, as we will likely resolve it before resorting to that.
Bank Transfer or Bizum
When choosing this payment method, the details for the transfer and the reference to include will be displayed. Shipments will be made within 24 hours after receiving the transfer. Keep in mind that depending on the bank, the transfer may take between 24 and 48 hours to reach us. Our account is with Caixabank.
In addition to the account number, we will also provide you with our phone number associated with our Bizum. If you prefer, you can make a Bizum payment. If your Bizum username is different from the name you provide in the order, please indicate the order number or name in the reference.
Cash on Delivery
We accept cash on delivery payments, this option has an additional charge of €3, which is the extra cost added by our transport agency when this payment method is used.
In this case, you will pay your order to the courier upon receiving it. Please make sure to have the total amount of the order in cash ready at your home, which must be exact, as the courier may not have change.
