Shipping and returns
From Kalexa we make an effort so that you have all the detailed information of each garment in its description on the web (measurements, fabric, place of manufacture, etc), you also have available videos in our RRSS and a WhatsApp icon with direct access to our customer service in case of any doubt, this to the extent possible, help you to have to make fewer returns, in this way we also reduce co2 emissions. However, we know that not always the garments are as we expect, and that not everything is always perfect. Below we explain the return conditions of Kalexa.es
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any item, (or wish to exercise your right of withdrawal), you can proceed to its return within the first 14 calendar days after receipt, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received (labeled, not used, not washed, no stains, perfume, etc.) The party clothes, must arrive with ALL labels in PERFECT condition and no signs of tampering, otherwise it will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. NO returns will be accepted of the articles of the OUTLET section, nor of the articles of BISUTERY.
You must make the return request on the web in your customer account, if you do not know how to do it (click here and we will explain it to you). If you have placed your order as a guest ( i.e. you have not created an account) please request the return to our email [email protected] informing the item(s) you want to return, and indicating the reference of your order. Shipping and return costs are NOT borne by Kalexa, (Including the right of withdrawal) Once your return request has been confirmed, (remember to include the return document, with the items that have been approved for return, in the package) you can send the item(s) to the following address:

We recommend you to send CERTIFIED shipments since Correos does not deliver ordinary packages if they do not fit in a mailbox. Remember that the package must be in our facilities in a maximum of 3 working days after 14 calendar days of receipt.
We WILL NOT ACCEPT packages that are outside the deadline. In case you send items that do not allow return, which are NOT previously approved, or party clothes that do not retain ALL labels, they will be made available for a period of 60 calendar days, to manage their collection (always at the expense of the user), after this period these items will be donated to the charity foundation Caritas.
For the savings and convenience of its customersand as long as the return is notified with a maximum of 5 days (after receipt of the item(s)), Kalexa gives you the option to manage the return by sending a courier to your home, for a cost of 7.90 ¤, this if the package is less than 1 kilo, if the package is a box or is equal to or greater than 1 kilo, the cost of courier will be 9.90 ¤.For packages equal or superior to 2 kilos or boxes that exceed 25 cm, we do not have courier service. The cost of the courier will be deducted from the amount to be returned. The courier service only applies to mainland Spain and is subject to availability.
Please note that the shipping and return costs are always charged to the buyer, that is, if after subtracting the return to your purchase, it does not exceed 49€ (amount established for free shipping), the corresponding shipping cost will be deducted from the balance to be returned.
Once the return process is completed, the amount of the corresponding refund will arrive by mail in a code, this code will be canceled automatically as soon as the refund of the amount is made by the same way in which you have paid (When you get the status of "refund completed" means that it has already been refunded and may take between 5 and 20 days to be reflected, depending on your bank). For payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, if you want a refund of the amount you must request it in the same voucher email within 5 days of receipt, indicating an account or phone number (in case of Bizúm) for the realization of the refund. Otherwise, you will have the voucher available with its balance to use it on the web with an expiration date of one year.
In case of tareyou must inform us and send us photos of the same to our WhatsApp 640320987, within 48 hours after receipt of the item. Otherwise, the conformity with the item(s) will be assumed, and the same return procedure will be followed as above.
For returns of 3 garments in the same order, and for party garments, you will be charged a handling and conditioning fee of 2€, and 1€ for each additional garment returned.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are free from 49€ for mainland Spain, and 99€ for Portugal.
In case these figures are not reached: the shipping of your orders to Peninsula has a cost of 3,90€, and for Balearic Islands has a cost of 5,90€. To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the price for shipping is 9,90€+tariffs.
Shipments to other countries of the European Union have a cost of 9,90€,
Cash on delivery shipments have an additional charge of 3€, this payment method is only available for mainland Spain, and for purchases over 20€ and under 100€ in the first purchase. All COD orders are confirmed before shipping, except for recurring customers.
Minimum order:
The minimum order for purchases on https://kalexa.es/en/ is 15€, VAT included and shipping excluded.
Delivery times:
Orders are shipped in less than 24 hours, since all products on sale we have them in stockso we do not make our customers wait unnecessarily. Orders arrive between 24 and 48 working hours in mainland Spain, and 3/5 working days in other territories.
The delivery time for orders to other European Union countries is between 5 and 10 working days, except for Portugal, which takes between 2 and 4 working days.
From Kalexa we can not guarantee these delivery times, since it does not depend on us, but on the carrier company, what we can guarantee is that our team will make the best management for your order to be delivered in the shortest possible time.
Currently our main carrier is GLS. Usually this company sends an email notifying you of the delivery time and offers you a link allowing you to change it or pick it up at the nearest office.
If your shipment within Peninsular Spain has not been delivered within the first 72/ 96 hours after being sent, and you have not received information from the carrier, you must inform us through our WhatsApp 640320987.
