This contract describes the general terms and conditions applicable to the use of the products and services offered through the website https://kalexa.es/en/, owned by Modasyncrasy, with VAT number B22619605 and registered address at Calle Playa de Gorliz 8 28290 Las Rozas de Madrid, Spain, hereinafter referred to as Kalexa.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
It is a necessary requirement for the acquisition of the products offered on this site that you read and accept the following Terms and Conditions that are hereby written.
In some cases, in order to purchase a product, user registration will be necessary, with the input of accurate personal data and the creation of a password (which will not be required if you wish to place an order as a guest).
The user can choose and change the password for their account administration access at any time, in case they have registered and it is necessary for the purchase of any of our products. Kalexa does not assume responsibility in case the user delivers this password to third parties.
All purchases and transactions made through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which may include checking stock availability, validating the payment method, verifying the invoice (if applicable), and ensuring compliance with the conditions required by the selected payment method. In some cases, verification may be required via email or phone (for example, for cash on delivery payments).
The prices of the products offered in this Online Store are valid only for purchases made on this website.
WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
Kalexa, through its website, grants a license for users to use it according to the Terms and Conditions described in this document.
SHIPPING PRICES
Shipping costs are free for orders over 49€ in mainland Spain, and 99€ for Portugal.
In case these figures are not met: shipping costs for orders to the mainland (Spain) are €3.90, and to the Balearic Islands it is €5.90. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the shipping cost is €9.90 plus customs duties.
Shipments to other countries in the European Union have a cost of 9.90€.
Shipments with cash on delivery payment method have an additional charge of 3€. This payment method is only available for Mainland Spain and for purchases over 20€ and under 100€ on the first purchase. All cash on delivery orders are confirmed before being shipped, except for recurring customers.
The minimum order for purchases on https://kalexa.es/en/ is 15€, VAT included and shipping excluded.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped in less than 24 hours, as all products for sale are in stock, so we do not unnecessarily make our customers wait. Orders arrive between 24 and 48 business hours in mainland Spain, and 3-5 business days in other territories.
The delivery of orders to other European Union countries takes between 5 and 10 business days, except for Portugal, where it takes between 2 and 4 business days.
At Kalexa, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they depend on the shipping company, not us. What we can guarantee is that our team will do their best to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Currently, our main carrier is GLS. Typically, this company sends an email notifying you of the delivery time slot and provides a link allowing you to change it or pick it up at the nearest office.
If your shipment within Peninsular Spain has not been delivered within the first 72/96 hours after being sent, and you have not received information from the transport company, you must inform us via our WhatsApp at 640320987.
Orders may be delayed during holiday and sales periods. Please take into account the estimated delivery date shown on the website.
REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any item (or wish to exercise your right of withdrawal), you can proceed with its return within the first 14 calendar days after receiving it, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received (tagged, not used, not washed, no stains, perfume, etc.) Party garments must arrive with ALL tags in PERFECT condition and without any signs of manipulation, otherwise, their return will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Returns are not accepted for items in the OUTLET section, nor for JEWELRY items. This is stated in the description of each product in these categories.
If you wish to proceed with a return, you must request the return through the website in your customer account. If you placed your order as a guest (meaning, you did not create an account), you must request the return via email to [email protected], informing us of the item(s) you wish to return and indicating your order reference. Shipping and return costs are NOT covered by Kalexa. Once your return request is confirmed, you can send the item(s) to the following address:

We recommend sending items by REGISTERED mail, as Correos does not deliver regular packages if they do not fit in a mailbox. Please remember that the package must be in our facilities within a maximum of 3 business days once the 14 natural days after reception have passed.
Packages that are outside the deadline will NOT be accepted. In the event that you send items that are non-returnable, that have not been previously approved, or party garments that do not retain ALL tags, they will be made available to you for a period of 60 calendar days for collection (at the user's expense). After this period, these items will be donated to the charitable foundation Caritas.
For the convenience and savings of our customers, as long as the return is notified within a maximum of 5 days (after receiving the item(s)), Kalexa offers the option to manage the return by sending a courier to your home for a cost of 7.90€ if the package is less than 1 kilo. If the package is a box or is equal to or greater than 1 kilo, the courier cost will be 9.90€. For packages equal to or greater than 2 kilos or boxes exceeding 25 cm, we do not have a courier service available. The courier cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The courier service only applies to mainland Spain and is subject to availability.
Please note that shipping and return costs are always the responsibility of the buyer. This means that if, after deducting the return from your purchase, the total no longer exceeds €49 (the amount set for free shipping), the corresponding shipping cost will be deducted from the refund balance.
Once the return process is completed, the corresponding refund amount will be sent to you by email in a code. This code will be automatically canceled as soon as the refund is made through the same payment method used (When you receive the "return completed" status, it means that the refund has been processed and it may take between 5 and 20 days to be reflected, depending on your bank). For payment methods via bank transfer or cash on delivery, if you want a refund of the amount, you must request it in the same email with the voucher within the first 5 days of receiving it, indicating a bank account or phone number (in the case of Bizum) for the refund to be processed. Otherwise, you will have the voucher available with your balance to use on the website, with an expiration date of one year.
In case of a defect, you must inform us and send photos of it to our WhatsApp at 640320987 within 48 hours after receiving the item. Otherwise, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the item, and the same return procedure previously explained will be followed.
For returns of 3 items in the same order, a handling and conditioning fee of 2€ will be charged, and 1€ for each additional item returned.
FRAUD CHECK
The customer's purchase may be deferred for anti-fraud verification. It may also be suspended for a longer period for a more thorough investigation to prevent fraudulent transactions.
PRIVACY
Kalexa ensures that the personal information you provide is secure. The data entered by the user, or in the case of order validation, will not be shared with third parties unless required by a court order or legal requirements. Subscribing to promotional email newsletters is voluntary and can be selected when creating your account.
Kalexa does not store payment information. This information is managed through payment gateways. We only store your first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address. In the event that you create a customer account with a password, it is also stored in our database, but in encrypted format.
If you wish to exercise your rights of rectification, erasure, or access, you can request it by emailing [email protected]. Response times will be in compliance with current legislation according to Spanish laws.
